Casa Boca del Rio is tucked in the Boca de Tomatlán hills, on the westside of the Horcones River, water system flowing down from the local mountain range and spilling into the small cove that defines Boca.

With easy walkways and stair access, the house rests just a few feet above the ocean. The properties special location, gives way to it's name "Boca del Rio" , spanish for mouth of the river. Although out of sight of the busy beach area, maintaining its very private quality, it is just a few steps away.
